Cyrus E. Dugger provides alternative dispute resolution mediation services for employment discrimination and wage and hour matters.
Mr. Dugger is a member of the Eastern District of New York Mediation panel a graduate of the EDNY’s Pilot Mediator Incubator, and a member of the inaugural class of the JAMS Diversity Fellowship Program.
Mr. Dugger is intimately familiar with the unique provisions of the New York City Human Rights Law, as well as all aspects of discrimination and wage and hour matters under federal and state statutes.
Mr. Dugger is also uniquely familiar with claims for failure to accommodate requests for protected leaves of absence and mental health-based disability accommodations, FMLA retaliation and interference, and independent contractor misclassification claims.
